My Research

My research engages with the impacts of new technologies on human rights and related fields of law and public policy.

My work seeks to understand what human rights impacts such transformative technologies as artificial intelligence and quantum computing are causing, and what the respective roles of governments and businesses should be in addressing them. My scholarship also explores how technological change may require us to reconsider how we protect human rights.
